Daglige plikter og stress gj\u00f8r dette vanskelig. \u00c5 finne ro og glede i tilv\u00e6relsen kan virke som en fjern dr\u00f8m. Ved \u00e5 praktisere mindfulness gjennom h\u00e5ndarbeid, kan denne dr\u00f8mmen realiseres. Mindfulness handler om \u00e5 v\u00e6re fullt til stede i \u00f8yeblikket. Vi m\u00e5 legge merke til de sm\u00e5 detaljene rundt oss. \u00c5 finne fred i en travel hverdag er ogs\u00e5 viktig. N\u00e5r vi kombinerer dette med den kreative prosessen i h\u00e5ndarbeid, ser vi en magisk effekt. Aktiviteter som hekling og strikking kan gi oss indre ro og glede<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prinsippene bak mindfulness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindfulness er en praksis som stammer fra eldgamle meditasjonstradisjoner. Den har funnet sin vei inn i moderne psykologi. Det er ogs\u00e5 en del av selvhjelpspraksis. Kjernen i mindfulness er oppmerksom tilstedev\u00e6relse, hvor vi retter all v\u00e5r oppmerksomhet mot n\u00e5tiden uten \u00e5 d\u00f8mme. Dette kan v\u00e6re s\u00e5 enkelt som \u00e5 fokusere p\u00e5 pusten. Vi kan observere tankene v\u00e5re uten \u00e5 la oss rive med av dem. Eller vi kan legge merke til sansene v\u00e5re \u2014 hva vi ser, h\u00f8rer, f\u00f8ler, lukter og smaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan mindfulness kan overf\u00f8res til h\u00e5ndarbeid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e5ndarbeid som hekling og strikking er naturlige partnere for mindfulness. N\u00e5r vi arbeider med hendene, gir vi hjernen en pause fra den konstante str\u00f8mmen av tanker. Min personlige erfaring er at det er lettere \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 f\u00f8lelsen av oppmerksomt n\u00e6rv\u00e6r n\u00e5r jeg gjennomf\u00f8rer en h\u00e5ndarbeid. Dette er vanskeligere enn n\u00e5r jeg sitter i ro og for eksempel gj\u00f8r guidede meditasjoner. Under tradisjonelle fors\u00f8k p\u00e5 \u00e5 praktisere mindfulness \u00f8velser, mister jeg lett fokus og faller ut av \u00f8velsen. Det skjer noe annet n\u00e5r jeg sitter og jobber med et h\u00e5ndarbeid. Dette merkes spesielt n\u00e5r jeg sitter ute og kjenner en lett vind mot huden. I tillegg kjenner jeg varmen fra solstr\u00e5lene og samtidig h\u00f8rer jeg fuglesang og andre naturlige lyder ute. Kanskje er dette noe som ogs\u00e5 vil fungere for deg?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her er noen m\u00e5ter \u00e5 praktisere mindfulness gjennom h\u00e5ndarbeid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se fargene i garnet<\/strong>: <br>Legg merke til de subtile nyansene og hvordan de endrer seg i lyset. La \u00f8ynene hvile p\u00e5 fargenes skj\u00f8nnhet og nyt \u00f8yeblikket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kjenn garnet mellom fingrene:<\/strong> <br>Fokus\u00e9r p\u00e5 teksturen og hvordan garnet glir gjennom fingrene dine. Er det mykt, grovt, glatt? Hvordan f\u00f8les det mot huden din?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lytt til lydene:<\/strong> <br>H\u00f8r lyden av n\u00e5lene eller heklekroken som beveger seg gjennom garnet. Vi gir oss tid til \u00e5 v\u00e6re til stede. Vi opplever gleden ved \u00e5 skape noe med v\u00e5re egne hender. Vi finner ro i en kreativ prosess. Dette kan gi oss en f\u00f8lelse av mestring og tilfredshet. Det kan ogs\u00e5 hjelpe oss \u00e5 koble av fra stressfylte tanker og bekymringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eksempler p\u00e5 mindfulness i praksis:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hekling:<\/strong> N\u00e5r du hekler, kan du telle maskene og fokusere p\u00e5 hver bevegelse. Dette hjelper \u00e5 holde tankene i nuet og unng\u00e5r at de vandrer til fortiden eller fremtiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strikking:<\/strong> La deg rive med av den rytmiske bevegelsen av strikkepinnene. Hver maske er en ny mulighet til \u00e5 v\u00e6re oppmerksom p\u00e5 \u00f8yeblikket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fargesortering:<\/strong> Sort\u00e9r garn etter farge og kjenn hvordan det f\u00f8les \u00e5 skape orden og harmoni.
